By downloading, installing, or using 28 Days of Love ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
28 Days of Love is a mobile application that allows users to create and schedule personalized love messages to be delivered to a recipient over 28 consecutive days via SMS or WhatsApp.
User Accounts
The App uses RevenueCat for user identification and purchase management. Your account is tied to your device and App Store account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Send harassing, threatening, or abusive messages.
- Send spam or unsolicited messages to recipients who have not consented.
- Send content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
- Attempt to circumvent any security features of the App.
Message Content
You are solely responsible for the content of messages you create and send through the App. We do not review or moderate message content before delivery. Messages that violate these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Recipient Consent
By using the App, you confirm that you have obtained consent from the recipient to receive messages. Recipients may opt out at any time, and you must respect their decision.
In-App Purchases
The App may offer in-app purchases to unlock features or send message sequences. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to Apple's terms and conditions.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their App Store refund policy. We do not process refunds directly. If you have issues with a purchase, please contact Apple Support or reach out to us at support@tolo.app for assistance.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change pricing for in-app purchases at any time. Any price changes will not affect purchases already made.
Message Delivery
While we strive to deliver all messages on time, we cannot guarantee delivery. Message delivery depends on third-party services (Twilio, WhatsApp) and factors beyond our control. We are not liable for delayed, failed, or undelivered messages.
